Bhrighu Lake Trek Itinerary:

Bhrigu Lake trek is a short trek near Manali which takes you to pristine Bhrigu Lake located at an elevation of around 4,300 metres (14,100 ft) in Kullu district, Himachal Pradesh. It is located to the east of Rohtang Pass and this trek offers some of the best campsites.

Brief Itinerary:

Day 01: Drive from Manali to Gulaba (8,350 ft) and trek uptoRohliKohli (9,500 ft) (7 km, 4-5 hour)

Day 02: Trek from RohliKohli (9,500 ft.) to Bhrigu (14,100 ft) (8 km, 6-7 hour) and back to RohliKohli (9,500 ft.)

Day 03: Trek from RohliKholi (9,500 ft.) to Gulaba(8350 ft.) (7 km, 4 hour) and drive back to Manali.

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 01: Drive from Manali to Gulaba (8,350 ft) and trek uptoRohliKohli (9,500 ft) (7 km, 4-5 hour)

We will meet at Manali Mall bus stand at 9:00 AM and start the drive to Gulaba village the base of Bhrigu Lake trek. After quick briefing session we will start the Bhrigu Lake trek. The Bhrigu Lake Trek start through apple orchard and dense forest of Deodar and Pine trees and after few hours of the trek the stunning vistas the Kullu Valley welcomes you. After 5 hours of trek we reach our today’s campsite of RohliKhel. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 02: Trek from RohliKohli (9,500 ft.) to Bhrigu (14,100 ft) (8 km, 6-7 hour) and back to RohliKohli (9,500 ft.)

After an early morning sumptuous breakfast, we begin our trek to Bhrigu Lake and few hours of trekking enjoying the views which Bhrigu Lake Trek offers we cross a stream and start ascending a ridge after crossing it you reach the Brighu Lake. After spending some quality time we return back to RohliKohli campsite. Overnight stay in campsite.

Day 03: Trek from RohliKohli (9,500 ft.) to Gulaba (8350 ft.) (7 km, 4 hour) and drive back to Manali.

After breakfast, we start our downhill trek through a small meadow towards ridge with steep descend to reach Gulaba. The trek is easy as it has a moderate descend throughout and will take around 3-4 hours to reach Gulaba. After lunch we will drive back to Manali.
